natIgnite 2026 Subsidy Request Form

As a nonprofit organization, registration fees help us offset event costs and reduce last-minute cancellations so we can deliver a better experience for everyone. If the registration fee poses a financial barrier, you may apply for a subsidy for the non-refundable $25 portion. Please note that subsidies are limited and provided based on financial need.

Participants who receive a subsidy will still be required to submit the $25 refundable deposit, which is returned after participating fully in the event, as outlined in the rules. This refundable deposit helps us ensure that all participants show up and fully engage in the competition.

Please note that submitting a subsidy request does not guarantee approval. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and in some cases applicants may be asked to provide documentation confirming financial need. All information will be kept confidential.
