Problem statement
In many organizations, critical decision-making knowledge lives only in the minds of a few experienced leaders. They become bottlenecks, and their strategic thinking is rarely documented in a transferable way — leading to inconsistent execution, duplicated effort, limited scalability, and loss of institutional knowledge when leaders leave.
Solution
An AI-powered organizational-intelligence platform that acts as a digital executive coach. Based on Gordon Sheppard's 'Anatomy of a Win' methodology, a conversational chatbot and workflow wizard help users analyze past wins, uncover the factors behind them, and generate repeatable playbooks and structured 'Win Summaries.' Built with Next.js and the Qwen model via Hugging Face.
